Finishing date: July 2022.
One of a few things that allowed me to get through the combined Covid-19 and thesis finishing isolation: Watching Buffy the Vampire Slayer one evening a week together with Natalia on Skype. That bad-ass, witty, dark-humored monster killer and her awesome friends saving the world made things feel OK for a bit. And hanging out with Natalia even more so.
So I made her this cross-stitch for her 34th birthday, with a quote from Spike, her favorite Buffy character.
