There’s snow outside my window. At last. Wind and fakes falling.
A birthday party with hats and dancing until three in the morning. Another birthday party with tequila shots and intense jenga games. A tea party overflowing with clotted cream and laughter. A family dinner with faraway travelers and wild cousin’s children.
And a Sunday morning dream, sincere and tender, leaving me with a feeling as if I was in love. Carried with me the whole day, like a tiny little crystal of secrets.
That was my weekend. Heartstopping, how life can be so full and filled with wonders.
